Anil Arora

Anil Arora has been President and CEO of Yodlee since early 2000. Anil has been a pioneer in driving innovative financial products and services utilizing new, disruptive technologies like aggregation. Today, Yodlee products have redefined the way both consumers and Financial Services companies utilize the Internet for global money management.

Anil has extensive experience building some of the world's most recognized brands, developing innovative new market strategies, and increasing the lifetime value of a customer for companies in a variety of industries. Through his leadership in Consumer Packaged Goods, Computer, Internet and Financial Services Technology arena, Anil brings a unique insight into how to bridge the brick-and-mortar and online worlds to deliver richer, more personalized products and services to customers.

Anil brought to Yodlee a long-standing desire to fulfill a major consumer need: to take the Internet from a website-centric model to a user-centric model in order to make it a more useful, personal, productive part of people's lives. Prior to Yodlee, Anil was senior vice president of Gateway where he led Gateway's Internet initiatives and was Global Chief Marketing officer. He was named Ad Age's Marketer of the Year in 1999 and was selected for Institutional Investor's The Online Finance 40 in 2000, 2001 and 2002. Prior to Gateway, Anil had 15 years' experience in executive marketing positions at Pillsbury and Kraft Foods.

Jim Frankola

Jim Frankola joined Yodlee from Ariba, Inc., a leading provider of Spend Management solutions, where he was Executive Vice President and held the role of Chief Financial Officer from 2001 through 2008. He led Ariba through several transformations, establishing the company as a leader in Spend Management solutions and transitioning Ariba from a traditional enterprise application vendor to a top-performing Software as a Service company. Jim also helped define the strategy that has positioned Ariba as the global leader of cloud-based collaborative commerce solutions.

Prior to Ariba, Jim held various financial and executive positions at Avery Dennison Corporation and IBM.

A Certified Public Accountant, Jim has a B.S. degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A. in International Business and Finance from New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business.

Joseph Polverari

As Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer, Joe Polverari is responsible for Yodlee's worldwide Marketing, Business and Corporate Development and International organizations. A member of Yodlee's executive management team since 2000, Joe plays a central role in defining and delivering the company's money movement, personal financial management and related solutions strategies. Joe brings with him considerable experience in multinational strategic, transactional and operational initiatives in the financial services and enterprise software and services markets.

Prior to joining Yodlee, Joe was with Pandesic LLC, an e-commerce platform provider and joint venture between Intel Corporation and SAP AG, where he held several positions, including Chief Operating Officer. Joe was Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at InsWeb Corporation, an online insurance marketplace, where he had primary responsibility for the company's initial public offering. He also held the position of Director and Senior Business Counsel at Seagate Software, Inc., with worldwide responsibility for technology licensing and international legal and strategic transactional matters.

Joe is a graduate of the Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Program, holds a Juris Doctorate and degree in Economics from Santa Clara University and holds a Certificate from the Graduate Institute of International and Comparative Law in Geneva, Switzerland.

Tim O'Brien

As Senior Vice President of Operations and Information Security, Tim O'Brien is responsible for the scalability, reliability, performance, and security of Yodlee's world-class, cloud-based financial data platform for global money management.

Tim has extensive experience in Information Technology working in the finance, computer, and telecommunications industries. Prior to joining Yodlee, Tim was Vice President at VerticalOne responsible for Data Center operations and delivery of aggregation services to clients and end users. Additional responsibilities at VerticalOne included Customer Service and all aspects of security for products and services.

Prior, Tim was Director of Technical Support at Equifax where he managed the Information Technology infrastructure for financial services operations as well as new client implementations. He also served as Director of Network Services for an international telecommunications company where he built Points of Presence in 10 countries and a worldwide network. Tim also spent 7 years at Digital Equipment Corporation as an Information Systems Manager and Consultant.

Tim has a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Stonehill College along with certifications in telecommunication technologies.

Bill Parsons

Bill Parsons is responsible for Yodlee's Field Operations, including Direct Sales, Service Sales, Channel execution, Customer Care, and Account Management. In this capacity he is responsible for achieving Yodlee's revenue and customer adoption objectives across its suite of Online Banking applications.

Prior to joining Yodlee, Bill worked at Oracle/PeopleSoft for over 9 years in a variety of roles, including; VP West Region CRM Sales, and VP North America, CRM Product Specialist Sales for the Commercial and Public Sector markets. In addition, Bill also ran PeopleSoft's Global Alliances and Channels operation, and was VP & General Manager for PeopleSoft's Application Hosting business.

Before joining PeopleSoft, Bill worked at Sun Microsystems in a number of capacities, driving sales and business development for Sun's Java and Solaris technologies. Bill also spent 15 years at Unisys as a Regional Sales Manager, and Director of Product Management. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science Degree, Business and Marketing, from San Diego State University.

Eric Connors

As Senior Vice President of Products, Eric is responsible for building out the Yodlee product strategy across the entire Yodlee solutions suite, executing on the Yodlee vision and delivering world-class products.

Eric brings 15+ years leadership experience in both product management and product development, including bringing seven break-through software products from conception to market, resulting in use by over 5,000 customers.

Previously, Eric led International Strategy for one of Oracle's application product lines, where his team established the roadmap, investment levels, and priorities necessary to meet the application needs of international customers. This included applications supporting 34 countries in 22 languages.

He also held roles at PeopleSoft and as Product Manager for Campbell Software, a 50-person enterprise software company that was later acquired by SAP. He began his career as a business software consultant in the IT department at Gap, Inc.

Eric has a Bachelor of Science in Management from the Pennsylvania State University, and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School.

Arun Anur

As Senior Vice President, Services, Arun Anur brings 20+ years of industry experience in the consulting/technology industry with proven success in creating, managing, and growing, domestic and international customer relationships. Arun is responsible to manage global services, which does all deployments and support of Yodlee solutions across all of our customers.

Prior to Yodlee, Arun spent 12 years at Oracle Corporation, most recently as Regional Vice President of consulting, managing the Oracle Consulting group for the West Coast (U.S. and Canada) - an annual business of $100M+ P&L. While at Oracle, Arun was the executive sponsor for sales and delivery of many key, large-scale engagements.

Arun holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Kansas State University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial & Production Engineering from BMSCE, India.

Thomas Hempel

As Vice President of Technology, Thomas Hempel is in charge of all engineering activities at Yodlee, including technical architecture, product delivery, and operation of the data aggregation infrastructure.

Thomas enjoys creating scalable, highly productive, distributed teams and helping them deliver great products. Prior to Yodlee, Thomas was a Senior Engineering Director at NetApp, where he developed a highly successful SaaS self-service support automation application, led the introduction of a new generation of build, test and publishing tools, and spearheaded the consolidation of NetApp's data centers by leading the drive into virtualization and internal cloud technology.

Thomas was also VP of Engineering at Epiphany, where he transformed the organization by automating all testing and introducing agile development, while developing the email, telephony and patended model based testing subsystems for Epiphany's CRM. He also served as President and Co-Founder of CoreTek and was a Director at Computer Curriculum Corporation (CCC) developing computer-aided instruction systems.

A native of Germany, Thomas speaks three languages and is a Board Member at Art in Action in Menlo Park, CA, for whom he designed their new online courseware. Thomas has a Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University.

Chad Wiechers

Chad Wiechers serves as Yodlee's Vice President, Legal Affairs & Deputy General Counsel. In this role, Chad oversees worldwide legal and commercial matters for Yodlee. His areas of responsibility include technology licensing, contract negotiations, intellectual property matters, employment law, litigation management, and corporate and regulatory compliance. As a member of Yodlee since 2007, Chad has provided guidance on Yodlee's growth and positioning as an industry leader.

Prior to joining Yodlee, Chad served as Assistant General Counsel for SMART Modular Technologies, a publically traded manufacturer and supplier of memory module and storage subsystems, where he managed the company's international legal affairs. He also served as Assistant General Counsel for USI, a leading insurance and financial services provider, where he oversaw the company's successful initial public offering.

Chad holds a Juris Doctorate from Boston College Law School and degree in Economics from Northwestern University.

Jeff Schulte

Jeff Schulte is Vice President of Operations Scalability and Architecture at Yodlee. He is responsible for system performance and operational scalability of Yodlee's PaaS-based production infrastructure to support usage growth across a global network of nearly 30 million consumers, and growing.

Jeff has more than 15 years' experience building, delivering and operating highly scalable and highly redundant mission-critical software applications and systems. He has been a key driver in the Yodlee Operations organization for more than 7 years, building Performance Engineering and Capacity Management functions from the ground up to support every client launch since 2004.

Prior to Yodlee, Jeff spent 8+ years with Accenture, building and delivering systems for large customers including Microsoft, Agilent Technologies, BEA Systems, and eBay. He has a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Washington.

Francois Hedouin

As the Vice President of Customer Care, Francois is responsible for the Customer Care organization and the Client Support delivery process. Francois brings 25+ years of leadership experience in the software industry, where he held various positions in the Services, Engineering and Client Support areas. Most recently, Francois was a Vice President of Client Support at Blackboard, where he ran the Client Support organization for the Mobile and Document management divisions.

Prior to Blackboard, Francois held key management positions at Siebel Systems where he oversaw multiple technical support call centers and was responsible for worldwide support of the Business Intelligence products. Prior to Siebel, Francois was at Platinum Technology and Computer Associates where he led the global technical support team for the AionDS expert system product suite.

Francois studied Computer Sciences at the University of Le Havre, France.
